A FUSION OF ITALIAN & JAPANESE CUISINE

Ingredients

2 Serving Size

Medium Fresh Pineapple (600 g or 21 oz)

Japanese Marble Beef (40 g or 1.4 oz)

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (60 g or 4 Tbsp)

Blue Cheese (125 g or 1 cup)

Japanese Yellow Chrysanthemum ( 2 big ones)

Salt

Shirataki Rice
(2 packages)

 

Step-by-Step

Cut off the top of the Fresh Pineapple and slice down the outer area of it.

Slice the Fresh Pineapple very thin and prepare the Pineapple Petals Chips in the oven

Slice the Japanese Marble Beef into thin strips and place them in a skillet frying pan. Let them cook until golden.

Slice the Blue Cheese and add it in the skillet frying pan together with the crispy Japanese Marble beef

Shirataki Rice Preparation: Drain in a large sieve and wash under cold fresh running water Shirataki Rice for about 2-3 minutes. Rinse them and boil them in a large pot with salted water for about 2 minutes.

Use a slotted spoon to move Shirataki Rice  and put in the skillet frying pan together with the sauce previosuly prepared.  Stir-fry and toss for about 3 minutes.

Serve at once using laddle. Serve with Pineapple Petals Chips and Japanese Yellow Chrysanthemum on top.
