Ingredients

2 Serving Size

1 Fresh Pink Pitaya (300g or 10 oz)

Fresh Caprino Cheese (50 g or 4 Tbsp)

Fresh Mint (couple of leafs)

Purple Japanese Edible Flowers (couple of flowers)

Salt

Shirataki Rice
(2 packages)

 

Step-by-Step

Cut in half the Fresh Pitaya.

Scoop out the Fresh Pitaya and smash it in a bowl. Keep it by side.

Slice the Fresh Caprino Cheese and mix it together with the Fresh Pitaya. Taste and adjust with Salt.

Shirataki Rice Preparation: Drain in a large sieve and wash under cold fresh running water Shirataki Rice for about 2-3 minutes. Rinse them and boil them in a large pot with salted water for about 2 minutes.

Mix the Shirataki Rice together with Fresh Pitaya and Fresh Caprino Cheese .

Serve at once using laddle. Serve inside the Pitaya Skin with Fresh Mint Leafes and Fresh Purple Japanese Edible Flowers on top.
