Ingredients

2 Serving Size

• Black Garlic (4 cloves)

• Fresh Green Peas
(290g or 2 cup)

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
(30 g or 2 Tbsp)

• Tofu
(100 g or 3.5 oz)

Japanese Flower Shiso Herb

Salt

Shirataki Rice
(2 packages)

 

Step-by-Step

Put a large pot of water over high. When the water starts boiling add a pinch of Salt.

Put the Fresh Green Peas in a blender together with Tofu and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Blend until obtaining a smooth purée. Taste and adjust with Salt.

Shirataki Rice Preparation: Drain in a large sieve and wash under cold fresh running water Shirataki Rice for about 2-3 minutes. Rinse them and boil them in a large pot with salted water for about 2 minutes.

Use a slotted spoon to move Shirataki Rice and put in the skillet frying pan together with 2 cloves of Black Garlic. Stir-fry and toss for about 3 minutes.

Add the Green Peas Purée in the pan and mix and the Japanese flower herb.

Serve at once using laddle. Serve with cloves of Black Garlic and fresh Japanese Herb on top.
